You acknowledge we provide services to assist you to achieve your goals, however, you are solely responsible for creating your own results.

You must pay all fees in accordance with the Payment Terms as set out on this page.

All amounts referred to are inclusive of GST for Australian residents.

We may reschedule or alter the location of any events including moving events online or, where applicable, making recordings of the events and distributing them to participants who cannot attend.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, if you do not attend our events, workshops or one on one consultations, those services will not be re-supplied.

The rescheduling of events does not affect your liability to make payment as agreed above.

Subject to any non-excludable condition of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Non-Excludable Condition), we do not provide refunds once we enter into this Agreement with you. We do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind.

You acknowledge that you are required to pay the fees set out on this page for the package, event or membership whether or not you attend or make use of our services.
